Yakitori Bar Juzo Kashii

"We are pleased to announce the quiet reopening of Yakitori Bar Juzo, located just a 2-minute walk from Kashii Station! We have a full menu of Yakitori and Izakaya (Japanese style bar) dishes! 3) Kotopuro Hakata Main Store

Hakata Mizutaki, made with plenty of Hakata Jidori chicken and simmered with ingredients in a golden broth prepared over a period of seven hours, is characterized by the delicious flavor and lingering aftertaste that can only be produced by a chef who has been trained to perfection. We offer a wide range of dishes including yakitori, a well-known Hakata specialty, and casual French cuisine that can be easily enjoyed with chopsticks. Kitakyushu (KITAKYUSYU)

4) Waka Sushi

Founded in 1985 in Kouzuki-nishi, Yahatanishi-ku, Wakasushi opened in March 2019 in a new location in Kichijoji-machi. The second-generation owner, Shunsuke Kawamoto, is a connoisseur of "the finest fresh fish" directly from the Genkai Sea and neighboring waters. You can feel the four seasons as you enjoy hand-crafted sushi and seasonal dishes. The menu therefore changes with the seasons. You will be able to taste the season's delicacies every time you visit. A semi-private room is also available in the clean and peaceful space with white and wood as the basic color scheme. Families with children can also feel at home here. There is also a tatami room that can accommodate up to 24 people, making it ideal for banquets.

5) Yakimonya Nana's

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1959. As an only child, he learned to cook from an early age and served his friends at home. He realized that cooking brought smiles to everyone's faces, and he decided to pursue this career. After graduating from Musashino Culinary Institute in Tokyo, he trained at restaurants in Tokyo and Fukuoka. At the age of 36, he became independent and opened Yakimonya Nana's, a restaurant specializing in creative cuisine, which was rare at the time. He is well known to customers as "Kashira" with a wonderful smile.

The owner, who works at the market, purchases fresh, high quality seafood for this restaurant's signature dishes. Each seafood dish is prepared in such a way as to bring out its best flavor.
